Instructions
How to fill in the files. Every page of the files follows below in HTML.
How each row works
Every task has a task, an owner, a dependency, the evidence that shows it is done, a date and a status.
The four groups
- Authority/advisers: responsible regulator, business formation/tax adviser, insurance needs and permitted public titles.
- Business/facility: service scope, budget, reserve, premises/accessibility responsibilities.
- Systems: role/access map, vendor contract, synthetic tests, backup/export, incident contacts.
- Launch: actual permissions complete, public information checked, staff trained, monitoring/support assigned.
These are planning prompts, not jurisdiction-specific legal instructions.
