We aim to make this site usable with keyboards, screen readers and browser zoom. Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We provide HTML instructions alongside downloadable files and work to correct reported barriers. What the design target covers

Keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, a useful heading order, error messages tied to their fields, visible focus, text resize and reflow at 320 pixels wide. Information is not conveyed by colour alone. Each downloadable file has equivalent HTML instructions on its resource page.
