Privacy notice

Naturopathic Medical is operated by Giga Studios, Inc. Our hosting and security services process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site. Contact and correction forms collect the information you choose to submit, such as a reply email and short message. Please do not send health records, photographs or other sensitive information.

Launch-version calculators and filters run in your browser; we do not receive their inputs or retain them after you leave or refresh. Free downloads require no account or email. Labeled affiliate links send you to external providers with their own privacy practices. We do not add your personal information or tool responses to those links.

We use inquiries to respond and improve the site. Form submissions are deleted 30 days after the request is resolved, and email sent to hello@naturopathicmedical.com is deleted no later than 12 months after the matter is closed, unless legal or security needs require longer. Service providers

• Hosting and content delivery: Vercel Inc., United States. Site functions run in its Washington, D.C. (US East) region and pages are delivered through its global network. Vercel privacy policy.
• Content database, including contact and correction form submissions: Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the US East (N. Virginia) region. Supabase privacy policy.
• Aggregate page measurement: Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites. Page addresses are recorded without query strings.
• Email: messages sent to hello@naturopathicmedical.com pass through Forward Email (Forward Email LLC), which forwards them to the publisher’s inbox on Google Workspace (Google LLC). Forward Email privacy policy and Google privacy policy.

Where information is processed

Our service providers are based in the United States. Site functions and the content database run in US East data centers, and Vercel’s delivery network serves pages from locations around the world. If you visit from another country, the technical information and any message you send are transferred to and processed in the United States.

Retention

• Hosting and security logs: kept by our hosting provider, Vercel, for up to 30 days.
• Contact and correction form submissions: the sender’s IP address is stored only as a salted one-way hash, used to handle abuse and cleared after 7 days. The message is deleted 30 days after the request is resolved.
• Email sent to hello@naturopathicmedical.com: deleted no later than 12 months after the matter is closed.

What we do not collect

We do not request health histories, diagnoses, addresses, photos, lab reports or client records. There are no visitor accounts, newsletters, email gates, ad pixels, session replay or remarketing.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookies are essential ones set when a site editor opens a preview of unpublished content; they are never set for visitors.

Your requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting hello@naturopathicmedical.com. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. We may ask you to write from the same email address so we can confirm the request is yours, and we will not treat you differently for making a request. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Children

This site is written for adult students and practitioners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact hello@naturopathicmedical.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this notice and its effective date.
