Instructions

How to fill in the files. Every page of the files follows below in HTML.

Before you start

Use one row per program and campus. Record the exact source and the date you checked it for every entry.

Fill it in

  • Program, campus and status, with the status source and date.
  • Prerequisites, application cycle, required documents and open questions.
  • Costs with their period, currency and student category, plus any follow-up you need from admissions.

Unknown information stays an open question. The worksheet has no ranking formula.

What the files contain

Every prompt, question and definition in the files, page by page, in accessible HTML. Open a page to read it in full.

  1. 01Read Me; program, campus, status, source and datePage/sheet 1: identify each program exactly and record where and when its status was checked.

    How to use it

    • Use one row per program and campus. Give each a row number (P1, P2…) and keep it the same on every page or sheet.
    • Record the exact source and the date you checked it for every entry.
    • Unknown information stays an open question: write it in the questions column instead of guessing.
    • There is no ranking formula. The worksheet records evidence; it does not score programs.

    Keep these separate

    • Program status from the responsible accreditor (for naturopathic programs, CNME’s current listing).
    • Admissions requirements from the school.
    • Professional licensing from the regulator where you intend to work.
    • Costs with their billing period, currency and student category. Never add USD and CAD amounts.

    Program identity and status

One row per program and campus (P1-P6).

    Program and credential
Exact name as the school lists it
    Campus or delivery

  2. 02Prerequisites, application cycle, documents and questionsPage/sheet 2: keep requirements and unresolved questions together for each program.

  3. 03Costs, period, currency and follow-upPage/sheet 3: record each charge with its billing period and currency. No ranking formula.

    Costs

One line per charge. The workbook shows a per-year figure only when the amount and periods per year are both entered, in the line’s own currency.

    Program

    Tuition, fee, materials…

    Notes on the page

    • Compare amounts only when the period and currency match. Do not compare a quarterly charge with an annual amount or add USD and CAD without an explicit conversion assumption.
    • Use separate lines for quoted charges and your own estimates. A calculated total is not an official cost-of-attendance statement.
    • For transparent arithmetic across one to three scenarios, use the education-cost calculator: naturopathicmedical.com/tools/school-cost/
