How to evaluate practice software

Start from required workflows, give every vendor the same synthetic scenario and include migration and exit costs.
By Ekitore Adamase, Editor and publisherPublished Next review

Begin with a short list of required workflows. A long feature list is less useful than seeing the actual scheduling, documentation, billing and export tasks completed.

Give every vendor the same synthetic scenario. Record whether the task works, needs an add-on, remains unverified or does not fit. Ask for contract and pricing context, not only a sales demonstration. Include migration and exit costs in the comparison.

Use the demo scorecard. Commercial relationships do not change the questions or turn an untested platform into a universal recommendation.
